They are rigorously tested for multi U-channel formation purposes and are readily available across the United Arab Emirates (Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Oman, and Qatar.

The standard size for this tool is 150 x 26, with an angle of 85 degrees, ensuring precision and reliability in every application.

Our press brake tools are manufactured using special grade steel, such as BOHLER Steel or Type 4 Molybdenum Steel, to create punches and dies. The die and punch bear the majority of the force generated by the press brake, making high-strength hardened steel a critical component to withstand such tonnage. Other popular steel grades used include T10, T8, 42CrMo, and Cr12MoV, ensuring the production of robust press brake tooling.

Chromoly, or Chromium-Molybdenum Steel, is considered the ideal material for press brake tooling due to its exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. This ensures a long service life and the ability to meet all press brake requirements. Additionally, tungsten carbide is another excellent choice, offering superior quality at a competitive price.

All of our segments are equipped with 1 piece of left ear and 1 piece of right ear for press brake punches. This design enhances bending profile applications and provides more space for better maneuverability. Body thickness tolerances comply with the DIN (Deutsches Institut für Normung) 7168 standard.
